I'm working on a new component for Joomla/VirtueMart. Recently I have been in the need for listing child products in a table. Until now the only was was to used hacked files and you couldn't add info to the table. I needed the ability to add info such as: width, height, length, size. It will store all this info in the database per item. Should reach beta phase sometime this month.

I've been working on a new design for my business cards. The new layout took a while to get the way I wanted it. Email me your opinion on the new look. 

I added a Downloads section today. After my friend Curt converted me to a Mac user I have been searching for Mac programs to replace my PC programs. Everyday I miss the PC a little less. My MacBook Pro hasn't been shut down for 22 days. It does of course go into sleep when I take it with me, but when I open the lid its on again. The Windose notebook I had would take forever to come out of sleep and when it finally did, all kinds of memory leaks. That was even after reinstalling. For now there is not much in the downloads section but I will be adding more over the weekend. I will also put a contact me section so if anyone wants a program added or a quote you will be able to contact me. Thanks!   Ron

I added an Image gallery called expose. Right now it only has pictures of my hunting trip. To view the gallery click on the Photos link at the top of the page. I will be adding a tutorial on how to make expose a custom width since this is kind of complicated.

This is my first post to the blog on RonBassett.com. I developed this site as a place to share information.
